Roxiclot 20mg Tablets (30 pack) contain rivaroxaban, a modern oral anticoagulant (blood thinner) from the direct factor Xa inhibitor family. It helps prevent and treat harmful blood clots, and is used to reduce the risk of stroke in people with an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation) and to treat and prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The 20mg dose is usually taken once daily WITH food (for proper absorption), swallowed with water, at the same time each day. Keep taking it exactly as prescribed and do not stop without advice, as stopping early raises the risk of a clot or stroke. Tell any doctor or dentist that you take rivaroxaban before procedures.

As a blood thinner, it increases the risk of bleeding. Seek urgent care for severe, unusual or unstoppable bleeding, black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, or a serious fall or head injury. Tell your doctor about kidney or liver problems and all other medicines, especially other blood thinners, NSAID painkillers, and certain antifungal or HIV medicines.
