Overview
Xarelto 15 mg tablets contain Rivaroxaban 15 mg which is used for prevention of blood clots. It is used to prevent and treat blood clots forming in the legs, lungs, brain or heart. It works by preventing the formation of blood clots in the body.
Directions for Use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xarelto 15 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Xarelto 15 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy and lactation. Always consult your doctor before taking this medication. Xarelto 15 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney and liver disease. Dose adjustment of Xarelto 15 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
