Xarelto 15mg Tablets from Bayer contain rivaroxaban, a once-daily (or twice-daily in initial treatment) oral anticoagulant used to treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), and to prevent stroke in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Particularly those with reduced kidney function who need the adjusted 15mg dose. By directly blocking clotting Factor Xa, rivaroxaban delivers reliable anticoagulation without routine INR blood tests or dietary restrictions. Xarelto 15mg gives patients with clots or irregular heart rhythm dependable, simplified protection (28 tablets).

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Important: take 15mg tablets WITH FOOD. Food is needed for full absorption. In early DVT/PE treatment, 15mg is typically taken twice daily for three weeks before changing dose; for stroke prevention with kidney impairment, once daily. Follow your prescription exactly, never double up, and do not stop without medical advice.

Increases bleeding risk. Seek urgent care for unusual bruising, prolonged bleeding, blood in urine or stools, coughing blood or severe headache. Tell every doctor, dentist or surgeon before any procedure. Avoid other anticoagulants, and use NSAIDs or aspirin only on medical advice. Not suitable in active bleeding, severe liver disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Interacts with some antifungals, HIV medicines and epilepsy treatments. Share your full medicine list.
