Xarelto 20mg Tablets from Bayer contain rivaroxaban at the standard full maintenance strength, taken once daily to prevent stroke and systemic embolism in non-valvular atrial fibrillation and for ongoing treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). As a direct Factor Xa inhibitor, rivaroxaban offers predictable, effective anticoagulation with no routine blood monitoring and no food restrictions beyond taking it with a meal. For people living with atrial fibrillation or past clots, Xarelto 20mg makes long-term protection a simple daily habit (28 tablets).

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one 20mg tablet once daily WITH FOOD. Food is needed for full absorption. At the same time each day. Never miss or double doses, and do not stop without consulting your doctor; stopping suddenly raises your risk of stroke or new clots.

Increases bleeding risk. Seek urgent care for unusual bruising, prolonged bleeding, blood in urine or stools, coughing blood or severe headache. Tell every doctor, dentist or surgeon before any procedure. Avoid other anticoagulants; use NSAIDs or aspirin only on medical advice. Not suitable in active bleeding, severe liver disease, pregnancy or breastfeeding; dose may need adjusting in kidney impairment. Interacts with some antifungals, HIV and epilepsy medicines.
