Tizigesic 2mg Tablets (30 pack) contain tizanidine, a muscle relaxant used to relieve painful muscle spasm and stiffness. Tizanidine works through the nervous system to relax tight, over-active muscles, easing the spasms, cramping and stiffness that can come with back and neck problems, muscle strains, and the spasticity of conditions such as multiple sclerosis or spinal injury. By calming muscle tone, it reduces pain and improves movement. The 2mg strength is a common starting dose. A doctor-prescribed option helping people manage painful muscle spasm and spasticity.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The dose is started low and increased gradually, usually taken in divided doses through the day, swallowed with water. Do not stop suddenly after regular use, as blood pressure can rise sharply; your doctor will reduce the dose gradually. Take it consistently as prescribed, and avoid changing the dose yourself.
