Encorate 300 mg tablets contains Sodium Valproate 300 mg which is used in the treatment of seizures, migraine and mania. Encorate 300 Tablet is an antiepileptic medication. It controls seizures or fits by decreasing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain. It is a controlled drug in Kenya and a valid prescription from a registered doctor is required to obtain the prescribed doses.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Encorate 300 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Encorate 300 Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol. Encorate is unsafe to use during pregnancy but is safe to use during lactation.
