Qutipin 50mg Tablets (30 pack) contain quetiapine, an atypical antipsychotic from Sun Pharma prescribed for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. This lower strength is commonly used during dose titration or as part of an individualised maintenance plan. Directions for Use

This is a prescription-only medicine used under psychiatric supervision. Dosage is determined by your prescribing doctor based on your individual needs and is usually increased gradually. Do not adjust your dose or stop without medical supervision. Stopping suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms and relapse. Swallow tablets whole with water; it may be taken with or without food, often at night initially due to drowsiness.

Causes drowsiness and dizziness, especially early in treatment. Avoid driving and alcohol; rise slowly to prevent fainting. Can affect weight, blood sugar and cholesterol. Attend regular metabolic monitoring, particularly important for diabetic patients. Caution with heart disease, low blood pressure, seizures and liver impairment; not for elderly patients with dementia-related psychosis.
