Bromsal Expectorant Syrup is a cough remedy that combines a mucus-thinning expectorant with a bronchodilator to relieve a chesty, productive cough. It typically pairs bromhexine (which loosens and thins sticky mucus so it is easier to cough up) with salbutamol (which relaxes the airways) and often guaifenesin, easing a tight, congested chest and helping clear phlegm in conditions such as bronchitis and chest colds with wheeze. Directions for Use

Take only as directed on the label or by your doctor. The dose depends on age, usually taken three times a day. Shake the bottle well and measure with the cup or spoon provided.
