Directions for Use

Give as directed by your doctor or pharmacist, dosed by age. Commonly 2.5-5ml two to three times daily for younger children and 5ml three times daily for older children. Measure with the cup or spoon provided, give after food, and encourage extra fluids through the day. Do not combine with cough suppressants. See a doctor if the cough persists beyond a week, or sooner with fever, fast breathing or poor feeding.

Use in children under 2 years only on a doctor's advice. Rare serious skin reactions are recognised with ambroxol. Stop at the first sign of rash and seek care.
