Solvin Plus Expectorant Syrup 120ml combines bromhexine, a mucolytic that thins sticky chest phlegm, with pseudoephedrine, a decongestant that opens a blocked nose. Tackling the chesty, congested cough of colds and bronchitis from both ends. Loosened mucus becomes easier to cough up while clearer nasal passages ease breathing, day and night. A practical choice for families managing wet, congested coughs, used at the doses on the pack or as a pharmacist advises.

Directions for Use

Use the measuring cup provided and follow the label. Typically adults 10ml three times daily and children per the age-banded doses on the pack (young children only on a doctor's or pharmacist's advice). Take after food with plenty of fluids to help thin the mucus. Do not combine with cough suppressants, which trap loosened phlegm. See a doctor if the cough persists beyond a week or fever develops.

Contains a decongestant. Avoid with high blood pressure, heart disease, overactive thyroid, glaucoma, prostate problems, and MAOI antidepressants (current or within 14 days).
