Directions for Use

For inhalation use by adults. Sprinkle a few drops onto a tissue or handkerchief and breathe in the vapours, or add a few drops to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the steam with care. A few drops can also be put on a pillow or bedside tissue at night to ease night-time stuffiness. Follow the directions on the pack and do not exceed the stated number of drops. Do not apply large amounts directly to the skin.

For external/inhalation use only. Do not swallow, and keep away from the eyes and broken skin. Not for use on or near the face of babies and young children, as the strong vapours (menthol/eucalyptus) can affect their breathing. Take care with hot water when inhaling steam to avoid scalds.
