Gargling helps soothe throat discomfort and freshen the mouth in a natural way, useful during colds, sore throats and minor throat irritation. Directions for Use

Dissolve the recommended amount of powder (per the label) in a glass of warm (not hot) water, stir, then gargle and swish around the mouth and throat for a short while, and spit out. Do not swallow large amounts. Use a few times a day as needed to soothe the throat. Do not reuse the made-up solution.
