Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily, shortly before or with breakfast, swallowed whole with water. Never skip meals after your tablet. This risks low blood sugar. Doses are adjusted gradually by your doctor based on glucose readings; do not change the dose yourself. Keep monitoring your blood sugar as advised.

Can cause low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia). Watch for sweating, trembling, hunger, confusion or a racing heart and keep a fast-acting sugar source nearby; take extra care when driving. Do not use in type 1 diabetes, ketoacidosis, severe kidney or liver disease, or sulfonamide allergy. Limit alcohol. Tell your doctor if pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
