Overview
Forxiga 10mg Tablets (28 pack) contain dapagliflozin, AstraZeneca's once-daily SGLT2 inhibitor for type 2 diabetes, chronic heart failure and chronic kidney disease. Dapagliflozin works through the kidneys, causing excess glucose to leave the body in urine. Lowering blood sugar without driving weight gain, with modest blood pressure and weight benefits. Landmark trials also showed it protects the heart and kidneys, which is why doctors increasingly prescribe Forxiga beyond diabetes. A modern cornerstone therapy for people managing diabetes and its cardiovascular complications.
Dapagliflozin (as propanediol monohydrate) 10mg per film-coated tablet. Contains lactose.
