Ziten M 20/1000mg is a prescription combination medicine for type 2 diabetes, containing teneligliptin and metformin. Metformin should be paused around contrast-dye scans or serious illness. May cause low blood sugar (especially with other diabetes medicines), stomach upset, or rarely joint pain. Limit alcohol.
