Dapamet VXR 10 Tablets combine dapagliflozin 10mg, an SGLT2 inhibitor, with extended-release metformin for type 2 diabetes needing more than metformin alone. Dapagliflozin flushes excess glucose out through the urine. With proven heart and kidney protection. While the XR metformin curbs the liver's glucose output with smoother, gentler-on-the-stomach release, in one daily tablet.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take once daily with the evening meal, swallowed whole. Never crush or chew extended-release tablets. The empty tablet shell may appear in the stool; this is normal. Maintain good hydration, continue diet and exercise measures, and monitor blood sugar as advised.
