Overview
Dapapride 10mg Tablets (30 pack) combine dapagliflozin 10mg, an SGLT2 inhibitor, with glimepiride, a sulfonylurea, for type 2 diabetes needing combination therapy. Dapagliflozin flushes excess glucose out through the urine while glimepiride stimulates insulin release. Two complementary mechanisms working together for improved blood sugar control.

Directions for Use
This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take as prescribed, usually once daily with breakfast (or the main meal), swallowed whole, and never skip the meal after your glimepiride-containing dose. Maintain good hydration, continue diet and exercise measures, and monitor blood sugar as advised. Confirm the glimepiride strength on your prescription pack.

Low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia) is a risk from the glimepiride component. Learn the warning signs, carry fast-acting sugar, and take care with missed meals, alcohol and exercise. Seek urgent care for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or rapid breathing (possible ketoacidosis even with near-normal glucose). Genital and urinary infections are more likely. Maintain hygiene. Treatment pauses before surgery or contrast scans. Caution in kidney impairment. This product information is for general guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new medication or supplement. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
