Glifempa-Lin XR 10/5/1000mg Tablets are a triple-combination therapy for type 2 diabetes. Empagliflozin 10mg (SGLT2 inhibitor), linagliptin 5mg (DPP-4 inhibitor) and extended-release metformin 1000mg in one tablet. Three complementary mechanisms. Glucose excretion through urine, incretin-boosted insulin response and reduced liver glucose output. Consolidate complex regimens into simpler once-daily dosing.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take once daily with a meal (usually the morning meal), swallowed whole. Never crush or chew the extended-release tablet. The empty tablet shell may appear in the stool; this is normal. Maintain good hydration, continue diet and exercise measures, and monitor blood sugar as advised.

Not for type 1 diabetes or ketoacidosis. Seek urgent care for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or rapid breathing (possible ketoacidosis), or severe abdominal pain radiating to the back (possible pancreatitis). Genital and urinary infections are more likely. Maintain hygiene. Treatment pauses before surgery or contrast scans. Caution in kidney impairment; limit alcohol (rare lactic acidosis risk).
