Overview
Lumecare Carbomer Eye Gel (10g) is a long-lasting lubricating eye gel for dry, gritty, tired or irritated eyes. Built around a carbomer gel, it forms a soothing, moisturising film over the surface of the eye that stays in place longer than ordinary drops, easing the burning, scratchiness and foreign-body feeling of dry eye. Including dryness from screens, air conditioning, dusty conditions or reduced tear production. Its lasting action makes it especially useful at night or for more troublesome dryness. A comforting tear-replacement option for people coping with persistent dry, tired eyes.
Active: Carbomer 980 (polyacrylic acid), typically 0.2% (2mg/g). Confirm exact strength and preservative status on packaging.
Directions for Use
Use as directed on the label or by your eye-care professional. Commonly one drop of gel into the affected eye(s) up to three to four times a day and at bedtime as needed. Wash your hands, tilt your head back, pull down the lower lid and apply without touching the nozzle to the eye. The gel may blur vision briefly, so apply when you do not need sharp sight straight away, such as before sleep. Blink to spread it evenly.
Vision may blur for a short time after applying. Wait until it clears before driving or operating machinery. If you wear contact lenses, check the label, as many gels are used without lenses in. See a doctor for eye pain, marked redness, discharge or vision changes, which need assessment. Discard within the period stated after opening (often 28 days); do not share. Store as directed.
