Candid Ear Drops 15ml contain clotrimazole 1% in a gentle solution formulated for fungal infections of the outer ear canal (otomycosis). A common cause of persistent ear itching, discomfort, flaky debris and blocked sensation, especially in swimmers and humid climates. Clotrimazole clears the fungus at the source, relieving the itch and irritation. From Glenmark's trusted Candid antifungal range, these drops offer people a targeted, pharmacist-recommended solution for itchy fungal ears, used as directed after proper assessment of the ear.

Directions for Use

Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist after the ear has been examined. Warm the bottle in your hands, tilt the head and instil 2-3 drops into the affected ear two to three times daily, keeping the head tilted for a few minutes to let the drops penetrate. Continue for the period advised. Usually up to 2 weeks beyond symptom clearance. Do not insert cotton buds; a loose cotton plug may be used briefly after instillation if advised.

Do not use if the eardrum may be perforated (e.g., severe pain, discharge or hearing loss). See a doctor first. For use in the ear only. Mild stinging may occur; stop and seek advice if pain, swelling or discharge worsens. Keep ears dry during treatment. Avoid swimming unless your doctor agrees. Use in children on medical advice.
