Overview

Dexpure 10mg Tablets (30 pack) contain dexrabeprazole, a proton-pump inhibitor (PPI) that strongly reduces stomach acid. Dexrabeprazole is a refined form of rabeprazole that switches off the acid 'pumps' in the stomach lining, relieving the burning of acid reflux and heartburn, helping heal inflammation of the food pipe (reflux oesophagitis) and ulcers, and easing conditions of excess stomach acid. The 10mg strength gives effective acid control with once-daily dosing. A doctor-prescribed acid-reducing medicine helping people troubled by reflux, heartburn or ulcers. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily in the morning, about 30 to 60 minutes before food, swallowed whole with water (do not crush or chew). Take it consistently at the same time each day for best effect, and complete any course your doctor sets even if symptoms ease early.

Tell your doctor if heartburn persists despite treatment, or if you have difficulty swallowing, unintended weight loss, black stools or vomiting. These need assessment. Long-term use can lower magnesium and vitamin B12 and slightly affect bone strength; your doctor will review continued use. May cause headache, wind or bowel changes. Tell your doctor about liver problems and other medicines. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only on advice. Store below 30°C.
