Esopride 40/150mg Capsules (30 pack) combine esomeprazole, an acid-reducing proton-pump inhibitor, with levosulpiride, a prokinetic that improves stomach movement, for acid reflux with bloating, nausea or sluggish digestion. Esomeprazole strongly cuts stomach acid to relieve heartburn and reflux (GERD) and help heal the food pipe, while levosulpiride helps the stomach empty and eases nausea, belching and the over-full feeling. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one capsule once daily, about 30 to 60 minutes before food (often before breakfast), swallowed whole with water. Use for the shortest effective period your doctor advises, as the prokinetic component should not be used long-term. Tell your doctor if symptoms persist, as ongoing reflux may need review.

Levosulpiride should be used at the lowest dose for the shortest time. With long or high use it can rarely cause movement side effects (tremor, restlessness, stiffness); report these. Tell your doctor about Parkinson's disease, breast cancer, heart rhythm problems, or kidney problems. Tell your doctor if heartburn persists or you have difficulty swallowing, weight loss or black stools. Long-term acid suppression can lower magnesium and vitamin B12.
