Robidom SR Tablets (30 pack) combine rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that cuts stomach acid, with domperidone in a sustained-release form to ease the movement-related symptoms of indigestion. Rabeprazole switches off excess acid to relieve heartburn, reflux and ulcer pain, while domperidone helps the stomach empty and reduces the nausea, bloating and regurgitation that often accompany acid problems. Together they tackle both the acid and the sluggish-stomach side of reflux disease. A convenient once-daily option for people troubled by acidity with bloating, fullness or nausea.

Actives: Rabeprazole sodium 20mg and Domperidone 10mg (sustained-release) per tablet (confirm strengths on packaging).

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one capsule/tablet once daily, about 30-60 minutes before breakfast. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew the sustained-release form. Take it regularly for the course prescribed, and use domperidone-containing medicines for the shortest time needed. Tell your doctor if symptoms do not improve.

Tell your doctor about heart rhythm problems or low potassium/magnesium, as domperidone can rarely affect heart rhythm. It is used at the lowest dose for the shortest time. Seek investigation for heartburn with weight loss, difficulty swallowing or black stools. Long-term acid suppression may affect magnesium, B12 and bone health. Tell your doctor about other medicines.
