    Zoletri DSR Capsules are a prescription combination medicine for acid-related stomach problems, containing rabeprazole and domperidone in a sustained-release form. Rabeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) reduces the amount of acid the stomach produces, while domperidone (a prokinetic) speeds up movement of food through the stomach and helps relieve nausea and bloating. Together they treat acid reflux (GERD), heartburn and related indigestion, offering relief for adults with acid and motility-related symptoms.

    Directions for Use
    This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Zoletri DSR is usually taken once daily, about 30-60 minutes before a meal (typically before breakfast), swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Use for the shortest effective period your doctor advises, and do not stop abruptly without guidance.

    This is a prescription medicine. Domperidone is generally used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest time, as it can rarely affect heart rhythm. Tell your doctor about heart problems or a family history of sudden cardiac issues, and about other medicines (some antibiotics and antifungals interact). Long-term acid suppression may affect magnesium, vitamin B12 and bone health. Avoid in pregnancy/breastfeeding unless advised. Tell your doctor about liver or kidney problems.
