Fybogel Lemon Sachets (60 pack) contain ispaghula husk, a natural fibre laxative that relieves constipation gently and predictably. Each lemon-flavoured sachet mixes into water to form a pleasant drink; the fibre absorbs water in the bowel, softening and bulking stools so they pass comfortably. Working with your body rather than stimulating it. Ideal for ongoing constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and anyone needing extra daily fibre, including pregnancy constipation when advised. Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: mix the contents of one sachet into a full glass (about 150ml) of cold water, stir well and drink immediately, preferably after meals. Morning and evening. Children 6-12: half to one level teaspoonful as advised by a pharmacist. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Effects usually begin within 12-72 hours. Do not take immediately before bed.

Always take with plenty of water. Taking fibre without adequate fluid risks blockage. Do not use with swallowing difficulties, intestinal obstruction, faecal impaction or sudden unexplained change in bowel habit lasting over 2 weeks. See a doctor. Take other medicines 30-60 minutes before or after Fybogel, as fibre can slow absorption. Suitable in pregnancy on advice. Diabetics: check sweetener content on the label.
