ABZ 400mg Suspension (10ml) is a single-dose albendazole dewormer in liquid form, making family deworming simple even for those who cannot swallow tablets. Albendazole clears the common intestinal worms. Roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, pinworm. By starving the parasites of energy, and is the standard agent used in school deworming programmes. Routine deworming every 3-6 months supports children's nutrition, growth and concentration. The pleasant suspension delivers a full 400mg adult or child dose in one small bottle.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 2 years: take the full 10ml (400mg) as a single dose, with or without food. Chewing or food intake does not reduce effect. Shake well before use. Children 1-2 years: 5ml (200mg) on a clinician's advice. Repeat deworming every 3-6 months or as advised. For some infections (e.g., strongyloides, tapeworm) longer courses are prescribed by a doctor.

Do not use in pregnancy. Especially the first trimester, or when planning pregnancy within a month; use reliable contraception around treatment. Not for children under 1 year except on medical advice. Mild stomach ache, nausea or headache can occur briefly. Prolonged high-dose courses require liver enzyme and blood count monitoring.
