Overview
Albasol 200 mg tablet contains albendazole which is a broad spectrum Antihemintic used as a dewormer for the eradication of Pin-worms, Whip-worms, Ascaris Lumbricoides, Hookworm and Tapeworms.
Directions for Use
Over 2 years: (Adult and Children) 400 mg (2 tablets) at once for pin-worm, whip-worm, hookworm and ascaris lumbricoides. 400 mg (2 tablets) Once daily for 3 days for strongyloidiasis and taeniasis.
Hypersensitivity to benzimidazole class of drugs. Common side effects include gastro-intestinal discomfort, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, pruritis and nausea.
