Directions for Use

Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (about 150ml), stir briefly and drink while still fizzing. Adults and children over 12: one sachet as needed; do not exceed the number of sachets stated on the pack in 24 hours. Do not use continuously for more than 14 days. Persistent symptoms need medical review.

High sodium content. Avoid regular use if you have high blood pressure, heart or kidney disease, or are on a salt-restricted diet. Not for children under 12 except on medical advice. Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy. Frequent heartburn (more than twice weekly), difficulty swallowing, vomiting or black stools need medical assessment, not repeated self-treatment.
