Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: chew the dose stated on the pack, repeating as directed up to the stated daily maximum. Drink plenty of clear fluids if treating diarrhoea. Do not exceed the labelled dose or duration (typically no more than 2 days for diarrhoea without medical advice).

Contains a salicylate (aspirin family): do not use with aspirin allergy, bleeding disorders, anticoagulants, or in children and teenagers with chickenpox or flu-like illness (Reye's syndrome risk). Not recommended in pregnancy. May harmlessly darken the tongue and stools. Seek medical care for diarrhoea with high fever or blood, symptoms lasting beyond 2 days, or ringing in the ears (stop use).
