Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet up to three times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals, at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Typically no more than one week without medical review. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Use the lowest dose for the shortest time. Domperidone carries a small heart-rhythm risk at higher doses, in those over 60, and with interacting medicines. Not for use with significant heart rhythm disorders, severe liver impairment, or alongside strong interacting medicines (certain antifungals, antibiotics like erythromycin). Check with your pharmacist. Report palpitations or fainting. Seek medical review for persistent vomiting, black stools or weight loss rather than continued self-treatment.
