Ondem MD 8 mg tablets contains Ondansetron 8 mg which is used in the treatment and prevention of nausea and vomiting. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not handle the tablets with wet hands. Put it in your mouth but do not swallow it. Ondem-MD 8 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
