Vono Q 10mg (vonoprazan) is a prescription medicine that strongly reduces stomach acid. It belongs to a newer class called potassium-competitive acid blockers (P-CABs), which act faster and more durably than traditional proton pump inhibitors. It is used to treat and prevent acid-related conditions such as reflux oesophagitis (GERD) and gastric and duodenal ulcers (including ulcer prevention during long-term NSAID use), helping relieve heartburn and acid symptoms and allowing the gut lining to heal, for adults under a doctor's care.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Vono Q 10mg is usually taken once daily, with or without food, swallowed with water. Take it for the full duration advised by your doctor, and do not stop early even if symptoms improve.

This is a prescription medicine for adults. Tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, low magnesium, calcium or potassium, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Persistent acid symptoms should be properly assessed. Seek advice for difficulty swallowing, vomiting blood, black stools or unintended weight loss. Long-term acid suppression should be reviewed periodically. May cause headache, constipation or diarrhoea. Store in a cool, dry place.
