Nebilong 2.5mg Tablets contain nebivolol 2.5mg, a modern, highly heart-selective beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure and, in suitable patients, stable chronic heart failure. Nebivolol slows and steadies the heart while uniquely promoting blood-vessel relaxation through nitric oxide. Effective control with a favourable side-effect profile, the 2.5mg strength suiting treatment initiation and gentle titration.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily at the same time each day, with or without food. In heart failure, treatment starts low and increases gradually under medical supervision. Never stop suddenly. Beta-blockers must be tapered under guidance. Attend regular pulse and blood pressure checks.

Not for use in asthma, very slow heart rate, certain heart blocks, severe liver impairment or untreated heart failure decompensation. May cause tiredness, dizziness, cold hands or vivid dreams. Report fainting or a very slow pulse. In diabetes, beta-blockers can mask low-sugar warning signs. Tell your doctor about all other heart, blood pressure and breathing medicines.
