Lipitor 80mg Tablets (30 pack) contain atorvastatin at its highest intensity. Pfizer's original, landmark statin prescribed to drive down LDL ('bad') cholesterol after heart attacks, strokes and in very high-risk patients. High-intensity atorvastatin cuts LDL by around half, stabilising artery plaques and substantially reducing the risk of repeat cardiovascular events. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. One 80mg tablet once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food. Do not stop when cholesterol improves. Protection depends on continued use. Attend reviews for lipid panels and liver tests, and maintain diet and exercise alongside.

Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness promptly. Rare muscle injury (rhabdomyolysis) risk rises at this top dose and with interacting medicines (clarithromycin, itraconazole, some HIV treatments). Avoid grapefruit in quantity. Do not use in pregnancy, when planning pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. Caution with liver disease and heavy alcohol use; mild blood sugar rises possible.
