Overview
GTN spray contains Nitroglycerin/Glyceryl Trinitrate (0.4 mg) which is used in the treatment of chest pain (Angina). GTN 0.4 mg Spray is a nitrate. It works by relaxing the blood vessels which decreases the oxygen demand of the heart and reduces its workload. It thus prevents/treats attacks of angina (chest pain).
