Overview
Scheriproct Suppositories are a prescription treatment for the relief of internal haemorrhoids (piles) and related anal discomfort. Each suppository combines a corticosteroid (prednisolone) to reduce inflammation, swelling and itching with a local anaesthetic (cinchocaine) to relieve pain, helping to soothe the symptoms of piles. Made by a trusted manufacturer and supplied as a pack of 12, they are used for short courses under medical guidance. An effective option for easing the pain, itching and swelling of internal haemorrhoids.
Not for use if you have anal/rectal viral, fungal or tuberculous infection, or if allergic to the ingredients or local anaesthetics. Use with caution and only short-term because the steroid can thin delicate tissue with prolonged use. Tell your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Persistent bleeding, or symptoms that do not improve within a week, should be reviewed by a doctor to rule out other causes. Store below 25°C.
