Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, with or without food, ideally in the morning. Do not use in pregnancy. Tell your doctor immediately if you become pregnant, or while breastfeeding except on medical advice. Caution with kidney impairment, gout, diabetes and lupus; the thiazide can affect potassium, sodium, uric acid and blood sugar. Dizziness can occur. Rise slowly. Avoid combining with ACE inhibitors, aliskiren, potassium supplements or regular NSAIDs. Report muscle weakness or palpitations (electrolyte signs). Store below 30°C.
