Torsinex 20mg Tablets (30 pack) contain torasemide, a loop diuretic ('water tablet') that helps the body remove excess fluid. Torasemide increases the amount of salt and water the kidneys pass out, relieving the fluid build-up (oedema) and breathlessness of heart failure and some kidney and liver conditions, and helping to control high blood pressure. It works in a similar way to furosemide but with a longer, steadier action. The 20mg strength is a common dose. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually once daily in the morning (it increases urination), swallowed with water, with or without food.
