Overview

Gramocef-O syrup contains Cefixime 50 mg/5ml which is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used for short-term treatment of bacterial infections of urinary tract, skin and soft-tissue, ear, bone, blood, abdomen, genital and lungs (pneumonia). It is also used to prevent infections after surgery. Gramocef-O is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering which is needed for them to survive.

Directions for Use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Gramocef-O may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
