Terbinaforce 250mg Tablets (30 pack) contain terbinafine, an antifungal medicine taken by mouth to treat fungal infections of the skin, hair and especially the nails. It is used for stubborn fungal nail infections (onychomycosis) and widespread or persistent ringworm of the skin and scalp that creams cannot clear alone. Terbinafine works by killing the fungus, allowing healthy nail and skin to grow back. A doctor-prescribed antifungal helping people clear stubborn fungal infections. Confirm the active on the pack.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one 250mg tablet once daily, swallowed with water, with or without food, at the same time each day. Treatment often continues for several weeks (skin) to several months (nails), as the infection clears only as healthy tissue grows out. Complete the full course exactly as prescribed, even though it is long.

Tell your doctor about liver problems. Terbinafine can rarely affect the liver, so report yellowing of the skin/eyes, dark urine, persistent nausea or severe tiredness, and your doctor may check liver function. Report any marked skin rash, or a change/loss of taste. Tell your doctor about all other medicines, as some interact. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only on advice. Store below 30°C.
