Lexotanil 1.5mg Tablets contain bromazepam, a medicine from the benzodiazepine group used for the short-term relief of severe anxiety and tension. It works by calming overactivity in the brain, helping to ease feelings of anxiety, restlessness and nervous tension. The lower 1.5mg strength is often used to start treatment or for daytime use. Because bromazepam can be habit-forming, Lexotanil is intended only for short-term use under close medical supervision. It is prescribed for adults whose doctor has decided that a short course is appropriate alongside other support for anxiety.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine and a controlled benzodiazepine. Take it only as directed by your doctor. Dosage is determined by your prescribing doctor based on your individual needs.
