Ecofree Plus combines etoricoxib 60mg, a selective anti-inflammatory (COX-2 inhibitor), with paracetamol 500mg for stronger relief of pain and inflammation. This dual action is used for arthritis, gout, back pain, dental pain and musculoskeletal pain. By easing both pain and inflammation while being gentler on the stomach than older NSAIDs, it helps restore comfort and movement. Supplied as a 10-tablet pack for short-term use.

Avoid if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, active stomach ulcers, or severe liver or kidney problems. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
