Mobic 7.5mg Tablets (30 pack) contain meloxicam, a prescription anti-inflammatory (NSAID) from Boehringer Ingelheim used for the pain, stiffness and swelling of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Meloxicam preferentially targets the COX-2 enzyme driving joint inflammation, providing effective all-day arthritis relief from a single daily dose with relatively less stomach upset than older NSAIDs at low doses. A widely trusted option for people managing chronic joint pain who need dependable, once-daily control.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Usually 7.5mg once daily with food or after a meal, increased to a maximum of 15mg daily only if prescribed. Swallow with a full glass of water and use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed. Do not combine with other NSAIDs such as ibuprofen or diclofenac.

Avoid with active stomach ulcers or bleeding, severe heart failure, severe kidney or liver disease, aspirin/NSAID allergy, and in the third trimester of pregnancy. Long-term NSAID use can raise blood pressure and cardiovascular and kidney risks. Use the lowest dose, with regular review for chronic patients. Caution with blood thinners, diuretics, ACE inhibitors and corticosteroids. Stop and seek care for black stools, vomiting blood or swelling. Store below 30°C.
