Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: take one to two tablets (500mg each) up to four times a day if needed, with water. Leave at least 4 hours between doses and do not take more than 8 tablets (4g) in 24 hours. Follow the packaging for children's doses. Do not take with other paracetamol-containing medicines.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Taking too much paracetamol can cause serious, even fatal, liver damage. Do not use with other paracetamol-containing products. Take care if you have liver or kidney problems, are underweight, drink alcohol regularly, or are malnourished. If pain or fever lasts more than a few days, or fever is high, see a doctor. In case of overdose, seek immediate medical help even if you feel well. Generally safe in pregnancy at the recommended dose, but check if unsure. Store in a cool, dry place.
