Overview

Nefopam 30mg Tablets (90 pack) are a non-opioid, non-NSAID painkiller for moderate pain. Including post-operative pain, dental pain, musculoskeletal and other acute or persistent pain. Nefopam works through a distinct central mechanism, offering an alternative for pain relief without the stomach risks of NSAIDs or the dependence concerns of opioids, under medical direction.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take as prescribed, typically one to two tablets up to three times daily, with water. Take with or after food if it upsets your stomach. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Use for the duration your doctor advises.

Not for use in people with a history of convulsions (seizures), and used with caution in the elderly, and in those with heart, liver or urinary problems or glaucoma. May cause nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, sweating, a faster heartbeat or, harmlessly, pink-coloured urine. May cause drowsiness. Avoid driving until you know your response, and avoid alcohol.
