Voltaren Emulgel 1% 50g contains diclofenac diethylamine, a topical NSAID gel from the world's most recognised pain-relief brand. Massaged over the painful area, its unique Emulgel technology combines a cooling gel with cream-like penetration, delivering diclofenac deep into inflamed tissue to relieve muscle aches, back pain, sprains, strains, sports injuries and osteoarthritis joint pain. With far less medicine reaching the bloodstream than tablets. For active people and arthritis sufferers alike, Voltaren Emulgel offers targeted, trusted relief right where it hurts.

Diclofenac diethylamine 1.16% w/w (equivalent to diclofenac sodium 1%) gel. Full excipient list available on product packaging.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 14: apply a small amount (a cherry- to walnut-sized quantity depending on the area) to the painful site and rub in gently, 3-4 times daily. Wash hands after each use unless treating the hands. Do not use for more than 14 days for muscle injuries (7 days in adolescents) or 21 days for arthritis pain unless a doctor advises. If pain persists or worsens, seek medical review.

For external use only. Do not apply to broken, infected or eczema-affected skin, eyes, mouth or under airtight dressings. Do not use if allergic to diclofenac, aspirin or other NSAIDs (especially if they provoke asthma or swelling). Avoid in the last trimester of pregnancy; check first if pregnant, breastfeeding or asthmatic. Avoid excessive sun exposure on treated areas.
