Zyrtal MR Tablets (20 pack) combine aceclofenac, paracetamol and the muscle relaxant chlorzoxazone to tackle painful muscle spasms and the inflammation behind them in one tablet. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic pair relieve pain and swelling while chlorzoxazone releases the tight, knotted muscles of acute low back pain, neck spasm, sprains and muscle injuries. This three-way action makes Zyrtal MR a frequently prescribed short-course option for people laid low by acute musculoskeletal pain and stiffness.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet two to three times daily after food, for the shortest course that settles the spasm (typically a few days). Swallow whole with water. Do not combine with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing products, and rest the affected muscles as advised.

Avoid with stomach ulcers, aspirin/NSAID allergy or asthma triggered by NSAIDs, severe liver, kidney or heart disease, and in late pregnancy. Causes drowsiness and dizziness. Avoid driving and alcohol. Contains paracetamol. Never exceed the stated dose. Chlorzoxazone may rarely discolour urine orange (harmless) but report dark urine with fatigue or jaundice immediately.
