Directions for Use

Take by mouth with water, following the dose on the label. Commonly one to two tablets, not more often than every 4-6 hours, and not more than the maximum stated in 24 hours. Do not take any other paracetamol-containing medicine at the same time. Because of the caffeine, avoid taking it late at night if it affects your sleep. If pain or fever lasts more than a few days, see a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the stated dose. A paracetamol overdose is dangerous and can seriously harm the liver, even if you feel well at first. Do not combine with other paracetamol or cold-and-flu products. Limit other sources of caffeine (tea, coffee, energy drinks) to avoid jitteriness or a fast heartbeat. Use with care if you have liver or kidney problems.
