Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, swallowed with water. Do not take more than 8 tablets (4g) in 24 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products, including cold and flu remedies. If pain or fever persists for more than 3 days, see a doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Paracetamol overdose can cause serious, sometimes fatal liver damage, and symptoms may not appear until days later; seek immediate medical help if an overdose is suspected, even if you feel well.
