Panadol Advance 500mg Tablets (20 pack) from GSK/Haleon contain paracetamol with patented Optizorb technology, which helps the tablet disperse and absorb up to 25% faster than standard paracetamol tablets. Getting to work on pain in as little as 10-15 minutes. It relieves headaches, toothache, period pain, backache, muscle aches and the fever and discomfort of colds and flu, while staying gentle on the stomach when used as directed. A fast, dependable everyday painkiller for households, suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Directions for Use

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, swallowed with water. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products, including cold and flu remedies. If pain persists for more than 3 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the stated dose. Paracetamol overdose can cause serious liver damage even if you feel well; seek immediate medical help if an overdose is taken. Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing medicines. Not for children under 12 years. Use with caution in liver or kidney disease and in regular heavy alcohol use. Generally considered suitable in pregnancy and breastfeeding at recommended doses, but confirm with your doctor or midwife. Store below 30°C.
