Overview

Acepar SP Tablets (10 pack) combine aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. An anti-inflammatory, a pain-and-fever reliever and an enzyme that helps disperse swelling. In one tablet for painful inflammatory conditions. The trio is prescribed for post-injury and post-operative swelling, dental pain, back pain and arthritic flare-ups where both pain and inflammation-related swelling need taming together. A practical short-course option used under a clinician's guidance for the everyday musculoskeletal injuries seen in practice.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Commonly one tablet twice daily after food for the short course prescribed. Swallow whole with water; do not crush (serratiopeptidase is acid-protected). Do not combine with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing products, and use the lowest effective duration.

Avoid with stomach ulcers, aspirin/NSAID allergy or asthma triggered by NSAIDs, severe kidney, liver or heart disease, and in late pregnancy. Contains paracetamol. Mind total daily intake from all sources. Serratiopeptidase may increase bleeding tendency. Caution with blood thinners and before surgery. Take with food; stop and seek care for black stools or vomiting blood. Confirm component strengths on the pack. Store below 30°C.
